2026 - CERTIFICATE INSTRUCTIONS

You will receive a post conference survey via email. It is also within the attendee portal, a link is in your confirmation email. Once you complete that a certificate will be loaded into your APTA Utah account here: LINK

THOSE ATTENDING IN PERSON - You will need to check-in both days for your in person attendance.

Food - We will have a fajita dinner at 4:30 PM Friday. Saturday, we will have yogurt parfaits available at 7:30 AM.

VIRTUAL ATTENDANCE - Please contribute to the conversation via the chat. You must contribute in order to receive CEU.

We are not able to print out or email certificates.We appreciate your patience as this is a new certificate process with the new CEU rules.
