Event Disclaimer

APTA Utah has remained committed to keeping costs for our attendees as low as possible. Despite not raising the cost of attending our conferences in over 10 years, the expenses to host these events—such as venue fees, speaker compensation, technology, and catering—have increased significantly.

Rather than passing these rising costs on to our attendees, APTA Utah has worked creatively to continue offering valuable conferences without financial losses. As part of these efforts, this year we will be providing only one meal: lunch on Friday. We will no longer be able to offer breakfast, snacks, or lunch on Saturday.

We want to make you aware of these changes so that you can come prepared with drinks, snacks, and make arrangements for Saturday’s lunch. We acknowledge the disappointment and inconvenience these changes may cause. We appreciate your understanding and please know they have not been made lightly as we work to deal with the financial pressures we face. Thank you for your support as we continue to support and advance physical therapy in Utah.

  • There is an open forum available for the duration of the conference. You are encouraged to participate and share your thoughts and insights throughout the day. You will need to login to access, but you do not have to be an APTA Utah member. LINK TO FORUM
  • Ethics will be in the Ortho room on Saturday at 7 AM.

  • The awards ceremony will be at 5:30 PM on Friday in the Ortho room. Join us as we honor those who have given back and worked hard for the Physical Therapy profession.
  • Ortho, Ethics, & General Sessions - ROOM150 - First Floor
  • Neuro - ROOM 209 - Upstairs
  • Peds (only Saturday) - ROOM 220 - Upstairs
  • Parking is free on the north side of the building.
  • Multiple food locations within 5 minutes of the conference center on the east side of that freeway. Travel south from the conference center and turn left on 10000 south.
  • We are doing a vendor raffle that will be drawn on Saturday at 12 PM. We encourage you to visit vendors!
  • We also encourage you to participate in our Silent Auction. The auction will end on Saturdays at 1 PM. Please do not leave until after you have confirmed if you won and paid for your item.
  • Your certificates will be placed in your APTA Utah account once you have completed the survey. You must complete the survey to receive a certificate. Please login to your APTA Utah account - go to Online Learning - and My Certificates to see your certificate. Everyone has an APTA Utah account, including non-members. Your username is your email. If you reset your password your username will be sent to your email. LINK TO CERTIFICATES
  • If you do not receive the post-conference survey, please verify the email you registered with and check your junk/spam mail. If you take the survey before 1 PM on Saturday, your certificate will not be added to your account. Please wait until after 1PM on Saturday.
  • MAP for parking and conference entrance. LINK - Yellow is optimal parking (you can park anywhere) and the blue arrow shows you where to enter.
